One of the days in Paris we had lunch at the Rose Bakery on 46 Rue des Martyrs. This place is not a typical French bakery but definitely worth a visit! I just loved the interior and the food was delicious! I had a quiche with a colourful salad next to it, doesn't it look beautiful on the plate? There's another Rose Bakery in Paris on 30 Rue Debelleyme which I will surely visit the next time I'm in Paris!
Lucky you! I would love to go there. They have a great cookbook with beautiful images of their bakery. I can't get enough of it. Fantastic recipes too.

I miss Paris...so long I haven't been there...right now I think more than Paris itself I am missing a good quiche :-)

ReplyDeleteHi, loved your post. Found you while looking online for the actual size of the rose Bakery' quiches. I found some 4" tart pans with removable bottoms, but I fear that they may be too large. I think the propotions are a bit off. All the pictures I have seen look more like 3 1/2" x maybe 1 1/4". Can you help?
